Cancellation and Refund Policy For PlanYourTour
If the cancellation of the trip is done 30 days prior to its happening, 80% of the amount will be refunded.
If the cancellation of the trip is done 15 days prior to its happening, 20% of the amount will be refunded.
No refund will be processed if the trip is canceled during the last 15 days.
All applicable refunds will be processed in 30 days.
If there are any unavoidable circumstances like a pandemic, natural calamities, cancellation of flight/train/bus, or disturbance due to politics, the trip can be rescheduled but cancellation is not an option in those scenarios.
If there are government restrictions on any part of the area or any activity, the travel organizer will provide alternate options but the cancellation will not be processed.
